Please note that Tiny Tots tickets are non-refundable unless a doctor’s note is emailed to guestservices@oceaninstitute.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n

If you need to reschedule a Tiny Tots class, please send a rescheduling request with your new desired date to guestservices@oceaninstitute.org at least 24 hours before the start time of your class. We will do our best to accommodate your date request and send you an updated confirmation email. A 5% transfer fee will be added to all rescheduled tickets.<\/p>\n
